UAE records 72 new COVID-19 cases, 405 in total

Dubai/Xinhua/UNI:  The United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Friday reported 72 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total confirmed cases in the country to 405, the Ministry of Health and Prevention said in a statement.

The new cases are of various nationalities and all in stable condition, according to the statement.

Three more COVID-19 patients have fully recovered, it added, bringing the total number of the cured to 55.

The UAE was the first among the Gulf countries to report COVID-19 cases.
