Bihar: One killed, six injured in road accident

Chapra, Nov 22 (UNI) A youth was killed while six others were injured in a road accident near Rasulpur Bazar under Rasulpur police station area in Saran district today.

Police said here that some people were returning from Siwan after a marriage related function when their vehicle collided with a truck coming from opposite direction near Rasulpur Bazar.

One youth died on the spot while six others sustained injuries in the incident, police added.

"Deceased youth was identified as Ravi Kumar", police said adding that the injured had been sent to Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) for better treatment. The body had been sent for postmortem, police further added.
