Unnao case: CBI raids Sengar's house, several other locations across Uttar Pradesh

New Delhi, Aug 4 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Sunday is conducting search operations at at around 15 places, including Unnao rape accused Kuldeep Sengar's residence.

The operations are being carried out in Lucknow, Unnao, Banda and Fatehpur, sources said here.


The probe agency is investigating into whether there was a conspiracy behind the rape survivor's accident wherein the car in which she was travelling with her lawyer and two more people was allegedly hit by a truck.


The incident took place on last Sunday. The rape survivor and her lawyer were critically injured, while two of her aunts died.


The rape survivor continues to be in a critical condition at a UP hospital.
